This Does Not Have To be Your Path
You don’t have to struggle any longer. But I totally get it because I’ve been in your shoes and making a change in life can be scary and uncomfortable.
I wanted to bring in new life experiences too, I just had no idea how to make this happen.
The most painful thing for me in this process was seeing others expand their practices and not knowing where to start with mine. My greatest learning here was that trying to do everything and be everything on my own was not a successful strategy. I needed support from others who had already accomplished what I desired to move the needle forward.
I can say with confidence there is Absolutely a way out and a path forward for you. There Always is. Sometimes we just need extra support to help us move outside of our comfort zone. We’re not meant to go it alone.

Here is my story
INTUITION, MINDSET & RESILIENCE ARE MY CLOSEST ALLIES
Intuition is my greatest super power that guides me every day. My mindset I have the power to change in any given moment. And, with resilience I don’t stay down for long. This is how I’ve been able to stay the course and never give up on me.
Stepping into the unknown has never held me back permanently but it has required doing whatever it takes to take that first step . Leading up to that first step can be a frustrating experience breaking through the barriers that are sure to come up. When I wanted to expand my practice, I had to uncover my own barriers and limiting beliefs that were holding me back. Since everything starts with our thoughts I had to start with mine. Our thoughts can hold us prisoner without even knowing it because they’re unconscious. When I questioned why others could have what I wanted but I couldn’t, I realized I had my own inner work to do. It was a belief that would keep me stuck. And, in my heart, I knew it simply wasn’t true.
It was so stressful knowing what I wanted but not knowing how to get there. I felt overwhelmed and at times even helpless. Even though I refused to accept I wasn’t capable, I still questioned- How could I possibly do it all? How are others doing it? Every time I saw someone else’s practice expand my stomach would be in knots because I knew I was meant for more. And, I wasn’t willing to settle.
I KNEW THERE WAS NO TURNING BACK

When my intuition talks, I listen. I was certainly being nudged to take action even without having all the answers. I just had to start somewhere. Once I did, my path became clearer and the perfectly aligned coach showed up in my life with a proven system that would show me how to get to my desired outcome. When we are truly, ready, willing
and committed the right people and opportunities present themselves. We just have to take them! And, I’m grateful that I did because it completely changed mytrajectory.
When there's a burning desire, it's time to move forward. This is our soul talking to us…guiding us down a path that’s going to bring in what it is we desire and are deserving of - whether it’s a healthy relationship, new job or better health. In my case, it was expanding my practice. Once that spark of desire is ignited it’s pretty impossible to ignore. Ignoring equals life lessons and more struggle…and, who wants that? If there’s a burning desire within you it’s there for a reason. It holds a significant purpose. It’s there to get your attention because you are meant for more…and you’re capable of it!
I WAS STUCK AND NEEDED HELP
I thought I had to do it all myself and that I should know how to figure everything out. Here’s what I’ve learned, if we’re feeling stuck and not seeing a way out, we can make our lives a whole lot easier and incredibly more efficient by working with someone who has figured it out. Someone who knows the path forward. It’s a gift we can give to each other. One of my mentors said to me, “what I taught you in 5 minutes took me 6 years to figure out”. I’ll take the 5 minutes, thank you very much, be thankful for their wisdom, and onward and upward I go.

I’ve come to appreciate efficiency so that I can start living the life that I desire now not years or months from now. I’d rather channel my energy towards the things that I enjoy instead of struggling my way through when resources are available to me.
I HAD TO INVEST IN ME FIRST
​​When I took the first step by investing in myself and hiring a coach that’s when everything shifted. I was now on the fast track instead of in the slow lane. It was a catalyst into a higher reality and dream. I could finally see the possibilities AND began to feel them. I felt liberated.
I still had to “do all the things” in my coaching program but I had a clear path forward. And, within 4 months I doubled the income I made from the previous year. While I had a coach for my business, I wouldn’t have been successful
without discipline in doing my own inner work:
What good would business strategy do for me if I were holding myself back because my belief system was flawed and I had not healed what needed to be healed? This trifecta is the foundation that I use in my 90 Coaching Program, Beyond Limits because I know it works and will position you for success.
It works for me in every aspect of my life and that’s what I want for you!

Some Fun Facts About Me
​​I traveled solo to Norway for a hiking trip where I met so many interesting professionals with different backgrounds. I recommend traveling alone. At least once!
I became Vegan in 2020 and never looked back.
I value healthy eating.
Alone time is a must with just me and my soul.
Deep connections are my thing. I love getting to know people and sharing who I am too. Riding the surface only lasts so long for me.
I feel on top of the world being in the crystal blue turquoise waters of Hawaii and the Caribbean.
My most unexpected and loved client has been my dad. I had the privilege of working with him through to being cancer free. I’m so proud of him.
I’m a faithful student of all things personal and spiritual development. I can’t get enough of it! There’s nothing that makes me happier than sharing what I’ve learned with others and seeing them light up in the same way I do. It’s just what happens!
I love challenging myself by stepping out of my comfort zone and then looking back and saying “I did it!!”
You can find me exercising at 5:30am while roasting vegetables for meal prep all at the same time. I’m all about multi-tasking when I can.
