This is an experiential program with weekly exercises that we will do in each session. Sessions are one hour each in a small online group setting for individual-group coaching. You will also be introduced to new techniques that we will practice together and on your own. Each week you will receive handouts of the exercises and techniques so that you have them to reference forever.
