Past life regression is the journey back to a previous lifetime(s) accessing the memories held in your subconscious mind with your higher-self leading the way.  It supports the inner-standing of the soul’s history and provides a way to release past life emotional, physical and spiritual energy that was carried into this lifetime but is no longer needed.  It also raises awareness of previous gifts and talents that can be brought into this life for use and support.  Past life information gives us clarity on who we are today and illuminates the purpose and meaning of the life we are living now.

It's an eye-opening experience to learn about our multi-dimensional self aka the soul. In each session, the higher-self, brings forth the most pertinent aspects of your history to support this part of your journey.  Through the higher self we also explore any soul contracts or vows that are ready to be dissolved eliminating karmic loop cycles that keep us stuck. Often times members of your light family (guides, angels, etc.) will come through to establish a personal connection and deliver healing messages.  Sessions introduce the many different aspects that are you over various incarnations where you will witness the experiences, relationships, and role’s you’ve played.  The wisdom learned during our time together is something you’ll always have within as it integrates into your being and guides you from that day forward.
