Living Your Truth and Your Passion

Many are finding this to be a challenging time and difficult to navigate. Is this you?
While challenges are a guaranteed part of life (it's what we welcomed coming into this life because we understood the benefits of these experiences) it doesn't have to be the driving force with how we experience it. It can, instead, be the compass that guides us to greater levels of self-awareness and heightened states of living. Challenges will let us know where there needs to be greater balance within and we can create that for ourselves through the choices we make. Ultimately, challenging times lead us to higher grounds whether it's within our own life or within the world collectively.
Here are some helpful tips to make these times easier:
Immerse yourself in your passions

Imagine your life spending time doing things that spark your interest and inspiration. Life would look and feel a lot different, right? What you'd likely notice is your attention would be on what you're creating in your own world and less about what's going on in the outside world. You'd be aware of what's happening but would be naturally drawn back to what makes your heart sing and that's more of what your world would become.
Be mindful of what you allow into your world

This includes what you're reading and watching--minimizing time spent listening to the news or engaging in divisive posts on social media. Anything and everything we choose to consume affects us from the foods we eat to conversations we participate in and all other forms of input.
Allow your intuition to lead the way.

We don't have to believe everything we hear or see. We always get to decide what our truth is and what resonates or what doesn't and honor that. And, trust it! That is a part of our ascension. We don't allow others to tell us what we should or have to believe anymore - no matter what title comes after their name or where the information comes from. Our own inner wisdom will do that for us. It'll show us all that we need to see and know and it'll feel right. One of the most important things we can do for ourselves is to connect to the aspect of us that knows. When we do this all the other distorted information and situations around us begin to fall away. We see it for what it is, we let it go and we're left with information that is our truth. There's a freedom that comes from this because that's what our intuition represents: freedom, expansion, opportunity and possibility. Pretty much the opposite of the information the outside world feeds us most often.
You get to choose what you lend your consciousness to which is your most valuable asset. If you don't choose someone else or something else will choose for you which equals disempowerment and that's not the truth of who you are.
My passion:
